Ms. Kendall has more than 20 years of experience in the construction industry including construction management, claims preparation and evaluation, cost estimating, and CPM scheduling. In addition, Ms. Kendall has extensive experience in federal government contracting, including terminations for convenience, claim preparation and resolution, delay and impact costs, loss of productivity, profit analysis, DCAA audit assistance and resolution of complex issues arising from government contracts.

Ms. Kendall has extensive knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the application of the FAR Part 31 Cost Principles to claims, termination settlement proposals and DCAA audits. She has also participated in mediation and arbitration proceedings, as well as assisted attorneys in preparation for litigation.
