Mr. Dinielli has over 30 years experience in the construction field, both in the public and private sectors, as a Project Manager, Superintendent and Contractor’s Quality Control (CQC) Manager. In those positions, he has led projects in the $1MM to $75MM range, mostly in the MILCON arena. Mr. Dinielli holds a MBA from the University of Connecticut, Hartford Branch, in Long-term Healthcare Management and a BS degree from Central Connecticut State in Industrial Technology/Construction, and has numerous certifications and awards from OSHA and MILCON agencies. Mr. Dinielli is a Viet-Nam veteran having served In the U. S. Navy “SEABEES” as an Engineering Aide.

In his career, Mr. Dinielli, has shown his expertise in bringing in all projects at least on time and under budget. This is an example of his conceptualization and personnel management abilities. He also has experience in estimating, scheduling using current CPM programs, compiling claims and acting as an expert in forensic construction problems. He is also adept at contract writing and negotiating, compiling quality and safety plans, setting up field office teams and environments, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.
